Congratulations! We are excited to get your company setup pulling credit! The setup process is straightforward and your onboarding specialist will walk you through it every step of the way. Per the bureaus' requirements, we will ned to collect some basic company information and documentation before we are able to give you access to live credit data. iSoftpull Onboarding Process

In short, we will need to collect your business information such as tax id and business address, as well as complete an onsite inspection. During the onsite inspection we will confirm your company's location and verify your company is operating within the industry specified in your onboarding form, among other things. This is a fast and simple process and we look forward to serving you!
Onboarding Call

Your dedicated onboarding rep will compile your business information and create your end user agreement. Here we will collect your EIN number, corporate address, and other relevant items.

End User Agreement

The end-user agreement (EUA) details your fee schedule and terms of use. We will send this to you via eSign.

Onsite Inspection

Onsite inspections are scheduled on your time and may be facilitated by you or one of your staff members. You will receive a phone call to set this up.

Training & Activation

After your onsite inspection is complete and returned to us, we will instantly activate your account. We are available for training and any support you may need!
